Bike Rental in Laxman Jhula
Royal Enfields, bikes and scooties delivered free to Laxman Jhula, both sides of the river. From ₹500 a day.
Renting at Laxman Jhula
Laxman Jhula is the busiest crossing point in Rishikesh and the most useful place in town to have a two-wheeler — and the most annoying place to try and use one.
The old iron footbridge is closed to traffic, and the new Bajrang Setu carries pedestrians. Neither is passable on a two-wheeler. If you're staying on the Laxman Jhula side and you want to reach Swarg Ashram, Ram Jhula or the main town by bike, you go around by road — TODO: the exact route riders use and how long it takes.
What a bike does solve is everything else. Tapovan is five minutes up. Neer Garh is ten. The Badrinath road out of town starts right here, which makes this the best base in Rishikesh for anyone riding onward to Devprayag, Chopta or Kedarnath.
We deliver free to Laxman Jhula, both sides. Tell us your hotel and we'll bring it.
Riding and parking here
The market lanes around the bridge approach are chaos in season — pedestrians, luggage porters, cows, shop displays spilling into the road. Walking pace, no exceptions.
Parking near the bridge is limited and fills by mid-morning. TODO: where riders actually park, whether there's a paid stand, what it costs
The nearest fuel pump is about 4 km away, on the Swarg Ashram side.
