Every one of our bikes carries a commercial taxi-series plate, which means it's legally approved for self-drive anywhere in Uttarakhand.
No checkpost argument at Rudraprayag, no fine at Sonprayag, no conversation about whose bike this is. That matters more than most people realise until it happens to them — a lot of Rishikesh shops rent private-plate bikes, which isn't legal for rental, and it becomes your problem at the barrier rather than theirs.
Below is every major route people rent from us for, with honest information about distance, road condition, which bike to take, and what the permits actually require.

Riding out of Rishikesh — tell us where you're going. We'll fit the right bike, check the chain and tyres for the distance, give you our mechanic's contact for your route, and tell you honestly whether the road is open. That last part matters most in April and October, when it often isn't.
