Anubhav Travel is at Ram Jhula — near the bridge, on the Swarg Ashram side. Not a delivery zone, not a partner shop. Our actual premises, where the bikes are kept and serviced, and where we've been since 2015.
If you're staying anywhere on the east bank — Parmarth Niketan, Geeta Bhawan, Swarg Ashram, the ashram guesthouses along the ghat road — you can walk to us in a few minutes.No auto, no crossing the river, no coordinating a delivery.
That matters more than it sounds. Most rental listings you'll find for Rishikesh are aggregators who dispatch from somewhere unspecified, or shops on the far side of town. Being able to walk in, see the vehicle, meet the person responsible for it and take the keys is a different experience — particularly if something goes wrong later.

Right by Nada Yoga School, on the Swarg Ashram side of the Ram Jhula footbridge — about ten metres from the bridge itself.
Riding out of Ram Jhula
Ram Jhula is a good starting point for everything east and north. The road up to Neelkanth begins on this side of the river, so you skip the town entirely. Badrinath road, Devprayag and everything beyond is a straight run out.
The nearest fuel pump is about 3 km from the shop.
Parking and the bridge
Ram Jhula bridge is closed to two-wheelers. To cross to the west bank you go around by road, via the Janki Setu bridge.
Parking on the Swarg Ashram side is easier than at Laxman Jhula, but it fills during aarti hours and festival days.

Yes — a few minutes on foot. Same for Geeta Bhawan and most of the Swarg Ashram guesthouses. You're on the right side of the river for us.
Can I ride a bike across Ram Jhula bridge?
No, it's a pedestrian bridge. To cross the river with a vehicle you go around by road, and we'll show you how when you collect.
Do I need to book in advance?
In peak season — April to June and September to November — a couple of days ahead, especially for a Royal Enfield or Himalayan. Off-season, walk in.
Can I see the bike before I rent it?
Yes, and we'd prefer you did. Come to the shop, look at what's available, check it over with us, and take it from there.
